Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM EST)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country and shipping method. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations, we are unable to ship cologne to certain locations. If your order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
